No need to print out any coupons; mention the deal when scheduling your appointment and checking out to ensure we apply it to your total! This deal does not apply to keratin treatments, extension services, and gift cards.

Extra long hair will be charged $10 – $20 more than marked prices.
No Refunds will be issued for any hair service provided.
We do not specialize in any children’s hair services. We welcome ages 12 and over and charge as listed above.

Gratuity (tipping) is up to the discretion of each client. The industry average is $15%-20% of the service total prior to discounts or incentive offers. Gratuity (tips) are NOT accepted on any credit or debit cards and do not offer cash back. Our team greatly appreciates your generosity!

Policies


Forms of Payment
We reserve the right to change prices and services at any time without notification. We accept Visa and MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Gift Cards/Certificates, and cash. Sorry, we do not accept checks.

Late Client Policy
If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment, please call us at 703-204-9290

Accommodating late clients is often impossible without disturbing every other client scheduled that day. Please be aware in the event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed in full or on that day, requiring you to schedule your appointment for another day.

Cancellation Policy
Please let us know 24 hours prior to your appointment. Multiple consecutive cancellations or no shows may result in a non refundable deposit to book your next appointment.
 
Child Policy
Children are only permitted in the salon when the child is receiving a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are have a service. We cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. Our salon is not child proof . Sharp implements, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy congested are make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our clients. 

In the event you must bring a young child into the salon, please provide proper supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker. Unfortunately the salon cannot provide childcare services.

In the event your child becomes unruly and disrupts the other clients in the salon, we have the right to ask you and your child to leave.
 

Personal Items
We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing, jewelry, phones, and accessories.

Service Satisfaction
In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact us at 703-204-9290 within 7 days of that service. 
We would like every opportunity to meet and exceed your expectations, as we value you as our client.
 
Hair Product Exchange Policy
If you are not happy with the hair product we suggested, we would be happy to issue a product exchange with a receipt within 30 days of your purchase.

Hair Product Return Policy
We will issue a full refund on hair products returned and UNUSED with a receipt within 14 days of purchase.
Hair brushes are final sale.

Damaged Products
We will replace any damaged product (pump failure, etc.) with a receipt if returned before 14 days.

Gift Cards
NO refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Gift cards are NOT redeemable for cash.

Keratin Treatment Appointments

All keratin treatment appointments require a $200 nonrefundable deposit to book.
